interesting - the bottom scene was Deaton calling Derek back from the “white room” that Peter’s resurrection put him in - one that was eerily similar to the nemeton
could that be someone trying to wake him up!
It also makes sense that Row Row Row boat is a nursery rhyme, something sung as a lullaby, something to keep him asleep.
And then there’s THIS jerkface who is sunshine and beauty and everything perfect in the world and just looking at his face makes me smile even when I don’t want to and I think that there needs to be Tyler Therapy Days where you just get to hang out with Tyler for an hour or 12 and he just smiles and jokes and laughs and says all the sweet and inspiring stuff that tends to pop out of that beautiful mouth and play video games and eat pizza and dance and absolutely nothing serious can be talked about at all, because that would be the BEST form of therapy because how the hell could you be upset when you’re around this actual angel, ray of sunshine?
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t know him personally, and I know he’s human and has his flaws and shit days like everyone else and I’m sure can be a total dick sometimes like we all can be, but considering the guy is smiling and sunshine 99% of the time in photos and interviews and stuff, well. I’d just love to hang out with the guy and do the aforementioned activities, not ask any personal questions or interview him about his life/ work or be a flaily fangirl or anything: just hang out and smile and laugh and play games and be complete no-holds-barred dorks.
Because I think it’s pretty fucking funny — and incredibly special — that this person I’ve never met, and never will, can make me smile just for a moment, just from looking at his smile and silly ways. That’s a pretty powerful thing, especially when you are as rock bottom as I am right now, and two steps away from a 5150 or a cold steel barrel in the mouth.
Thank you, Ty. Where ever you are and whatever you’re doing right now. (probably smiling)
Toothless then promptly left and washed his eyes with soap and water.
Alright so here’s a little parody addition to MY ORIGINAL TLK HIJACK POST based on the end of the TLK 1/2 song: “We Can’t Let Them Feel the Love Tonight”.
Humphrey and I were laughing at Timon’s face and the tone of his voice (like the mature people we are) after he says then second “and”, which resulted in this crack comic.
Art by me~
